All the systems that I have developed can be used whether you are a non-profit or for profit sale or host 50 to 750 consignors. What a hot mess I was, SO….. I held my first consignment sale when I was 8 months pregnant with my third child, in October, and customers had to pay to park! Unbelievably, NOW four children and 14 years later, my sale has grown to over 120,000 items, 400 volunteers, 50 staff members, and I cap consignors at 750 participants. My motto is that we get two shots each year to get it right and it is my goal that whether you are a consignor, volunteer, or shopper, you walk away with a positive experience. Keeping in line with mission, I work each and every season to streamline systems and process to improve the sale from season to season.
